EO Gas Sterilizer plays an important role to achieve sterilization at low temperature. The system is fully automatic and operated with a touch panel to ensure high process accuracy and repeatability with focus on the safety of the operator and the environment. The inbuilt vacuum system which does not require any water generates a deep vacuum so critical to the processing. The system also includes a heating system to accurately maintain the desired temperature, an important parameter for process lethality. A wide range of handling accessories are included to provide the user high flexibility without compromising on the space availability.

- Ergonomics & Intuitive Touch Display: SterE offer new generation Color touch screens touch screens with high resolution and user-friendly operation. The screens offer optimal ergonomics, with a clear overview from all angles in the control area. The user interface and menu are intuitive, the text is remarkably distinct and the graphics are vivid. The clear and intuitive interface of the new touch-screen panels is only one of many examples of how we ensure that SterE is easier to operate and more ergonomic.
- Alert on Error: SterE Sterilizer has facility of auto phone call to user whenever there is any error during the machine process.
- eServer(optional): The eServer facility of this sterilizer allows the seamless transfer of the data from the CSSD to the server PC with the help of the Ethernet that optimizes the usage of the instrument considerably.
- eRemote (optional): The facility of eRemote in the EO Gas Sterilizer mightily facilitates in the easy viewing and also proper monitoring of the same screen on HMI with the means of Wi-Fi. The eRemote works with the help of Wi-Fi.
- Energy-saving: This particular process of low temperature so it save lot of energy using in high KW heater unlike steam generator.
- Printing: SterE units comes with an integrated printer. An integrated printer is available for documenting the program type, batch number, date, and time. The printout contains the essential information of a program cycle. It shows the basic parameter settings and the success or failure of a program cycle.
- 21 CFR part 11(optional): Touch screen having facility with 21 CFR part 11 features like alarm longing, alphanumeric password and user id setting.
- Inbuilt Compressor: SterE Sterilizer has inbuilt compressor facility, User doesn’t require any external compressor.
- Inbuilt Process Backup: SterE Sterilizer has inbuilt auto process resume facility; User doesn’t require any external UPS.
- Over Heat Protection: SterE sterilizer has inbuilt device to control the Exceed temperature during the process, it helps us to keep safe the instruments.
- Oil Free System: SterE sterilizer are completely oil free system, which doesn’t allow any kind od spark in the machine with high safety assurance.
